These Terms of Service govern your use of Kloobl and purchases made through kloobl.com.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Kloobl is operated by BRAVELT LLC.
Personalized Products
Kloobl provides personalized artwork, apparel, prints, home goods, gifts, and other customized products.
Products may be created from photographs, text, names, artwork, customization instructions, or other content submitted by customers.
Because custom products are individually created, their appearance may include reasonable artistic and production variations.
Customer Content
By uploading photographs or other materials to Kloobl, you confirm that you own the content or have sufficient permission and legal authority to use it for the product you are ordering.
You also confirm that your submission does not infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
You grant Kloobl and its production and technology providers a limited right to process, reproduce, modify, format, print, and otherwise use your submitted content solely as reasonably necessary to create, fulfill, support, and deliver your order.
This does not transfer ownership of your original photographs to Kloobl.
Images of Other People
If you upload an image containing another identifiable person, you are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate permission to use that photograph.
You may not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, exploitative, infringing, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
Artistic Interpretation
Personalized artworks are artistic transformations rather than exact photographic reproductions.
The visibility of hidden portraits may vary depending on viewing distance, lighting, print size, eyesight, display environment, and the source photograph.
We do not guarantee that every viewer will perceive a hidden image in exactly the same manner.
Pricing
Prices may change without notice.
The price charged for an order is the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, excluding later adjustments required by law, customs authorities, payment processors, or other applicable charges clearly disclosed to the customer.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment problems, unlawful content, intellectual-property concerns, technical errors, inaccurate pricing, or inability to produce the requested customization.
If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will provide an appropriate refund.
Intellectual Property
The Kloobl name, logo, website design, original artwork, product designs, graphics, text, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to Kloobl and may not be copied or commercially used without permission.
Customer ownership of an uploaded photograph does not create ownership rights in Kloobl's website, templates, production methods, brand assets, or other intellectual property.
Third-Party Services
Our store may use third-party providers including Shopify, payment processors, printing partners, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and technology services.
Your use of certain functionality may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kloobl is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to BRAVELT LLC, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer's jurisdiction provide otherwise.
